Celestial Rogue is incredibly op. Just spam aoe into crowds and enjoy your unkillable group. I haven't tried Celestial specifically, but based on how hunter abilities normally interact with transformations, Through Shot, Quellingmoss, Piercing Shots, and Ember Arrows probably won't work with Shooting Star or Falling Stars.
